As well as technical engineering resources, supply chain management and quality procedures with ISO 9001:2008 certification.

P3C Manufacturing GroupMetal Fabrication

In Metals, we specialize in precision metal fabrication, offering precision CNC punching, bending as well as welding, metal finishing, powder coating, RoHS compliant plating and finished product or box-build assembly.

Our facilities offer a start to finish manufacturing solution setting us apart as a One Stop Shop. Having some of the most experienced and talented individuals in the market, we specialize in custom metal fabrication projects for a variety of client needs, and we offer services in the following areas:

Standard NEMA Enclosures

We offer a line of standard NEMA enclosures to provide off the shelf NEMA certified systems for your sensitive electronics, instrumentation and other enclosure needs. For more details on our standard NEMA enclosures, please click on the Products tab of this site.

Custom NEMA Enclosures

In addition to our line of standard NEMA enclosures, we offer a custom NEMA enclosure service that is unlike any other manufacturer. We have streamlined the process of designing, prototyping, certifying and producing custom NEMA enclosures to the point that we can go from enclosure requirements to finished product in record time and at a cost that is competitive with standard enclosures once the minimal upfront costs are covered.

Powder Coating

We offer a full, environmentally-friendly, powder coating facility able to handle large parts and high volumes. Please call for a quote on your powder coating needs.

Electroplating

Our electroplating line is one of the most environmentally-friendly and efficient in Western Canada. We offer plating processes for aluminum and steel alloys that provide very robustprotection even in extreme environments, but are environmentally conscious in the the application process.

Plating

  • P3C Manufacturing GroupA wide variety of RoHS compliant plating applications are available:
  • Zinc plating is a most valuable tool when used in combating   corrosion of steel. The zinc corrodes before the steel does, sacrificing itself for the benefit of the steel
  • Tin plating is a good electrical conductor and has historically been utilized for it combined corrosion protection and conductivity in aerospace, avionics, and radio frequency applications
  • Alodine plating is a protective coating that is used to surface prep for paint, aid in corrosion resistance, and is generally applied for its electrical resistance characteristics
