Glen Boyd - Chief Executive Officer
Glen is a native of the Grande Prairie region and has close to 30 years experience in the communications industry. Starting his career with Alberta Government Telephones (AGT), which eventually evolved into Telus, Glen has worked both in Canada and abroad as a consultant and direct provider of communications solutions and services. Some experiences during his career include overseeing the engineering and equipment installation for AGT/Telus' penetration into the eastern United States, representing Canada in a Middle East trade mission, and evolving and growing a company he co-founded in Grande Prairie, Alberta in 1987 called Total Telcom to become an international company. Total was the Toronto Stock Exchange's top performer for 18 consecutive months under his helm as CEO. Much of this experience has culminated into building one of the most profitable independent fiber corridors in Canada in PCC.
Stewart MacAllister - Corporate Advisor/Chief Financial Officer
Stewart MacAllister is Co-Founder and President of TI Telecom Infrastructure, a leading provider of advisory, design and management of telecommunications infrastructure services to building owners and managers. Mr. MacAllister is a Chartered Accountant who has broad experience in financial, strategic and general management in advanced technology businesses. As the deregulation of telecommunications services unfolds in Canada, Mr. MacAllister has focused on providing well formulated designs, strategies and implementation plans that provide real value to building owners, tenants and telecom service providers. He has written on various aspects of building access and infrastructure management and is a regular speaker at real estate and telecom seminars and conferences.
Phil Sarozek - Corporate Advisor
Phil is an American citizen who has worked with Glen Boyd on telecom related projects since 1998, and is the co-founder of the company and chief architect of PCC's corporate structure. He has over 25 years diverse experience in senior management, financing, training and operational requirements. Phil and his team are responsible for our internal and external corporate culture; business development and marketing; future acquisitions and expansion; investor relations; accounting and finance; and ensuring that our products and service continue to evolve so we always meet the needs of our marketplace. As Senior Advisor to the company's Board of Directors, Phil also liaises with the company's legal, auditing and investment banking professionals.
Phil maintains residence and offices in Calgary and the Southwest US - the US presence provides support for PCC's Canadian clients that have service or support needs through the rest of North America.
Maynor Motta - Manager Engineering Services
Maynor brings a variety of experiences to his role in P3C. He has degrees from both Guatemala and Canada in computing science, computing engineering, as well as philosophy and religious studies. Maynor has held positions as embedded firmware and software developer, project manager, electronic manufacturing services manager, engineering manager, and engineering business development manager. Maynor resides in Edmonton and enjoys spending time with his family and in community-driven projects (locally and internationally). One of his favorite quotes is "Man before business because man is your business."
